Looks great! Easy to put up by myself. Wanted me to drill new holes in ceiling, but was able to utilize holes in current outlet box; there was previously a heavier regular hanging ceiling fan. Installed on a sloped ceiling, does not have a hang bar, so it sits at a slant which is fine as it is in the dining room and I do not turn the fan on often over the table. Of course, it went on sale yesterday. But, that was only a three or four dollar difference. It is mostly a light plastic, but at $92.00. Two AAA batteries not included for remote.. Ellen. US. It's a pretty fixture -- we installed it in a small room where there's not a lot of air circulation, so we have electric fans that take up space. I didn't want to put a traditional ceiling fan there because the room is a bit too small for that. So this piece works perfectly. You'll need to pair the remote (press the round center button for 5 seconds) and you'll be on your way. The light color and brightness are adjustable. I set it at warm white now and it makes such a big difference. (The pictures here are a cold white.) The best part is, the fan is powerful and remarkably quiet. Very happy with the purchase.. Eric.
