I like the efficiency and endless supply of hot water. Like other hot water products the only negative is waiting for the water line to clear of cold water to clear before getting hot water. This happens for any system unless a homeowner adds a recirculation pump with a timer etc. Those additions with the extra cost are to me not worth it. I couldn’t be any happier with my purchase! I added more cabinets to my kitchen and wanted to get the same hardware as I have on my other cabinets. I originally got them at Lowe’s but couldn’t find them anywhere on their website, or even something close. I hated to think I had to replace all of the handles so I kept looking.
