I ordered this winter cover for next winter, so we have it when closing the pool this fall. It looks nice, but the warranty card included is only paper and looks like it went through a storm. You're to fill it out, place a stamp on the reverse side, and mail it, but it's paper. It won't go through the mailing machine at the post office. I took a chance and bought “open box” inground pool safety cover. The item I received was perfectly packed and has all listed items needed for installation including instructions! We decided to not remove the hand railing which we would have had to cut. The quality of this is amazing. It is thick and heavy duty! I am interested to see how it holds up in our strong winds. The only issue we had is with the tightener, but we made it work.
