Shipping was fast and everything seems well packed. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Check your local permitting requirements before ordering. I live about 1,000ft from a bay that connects to the Gulf. Our area requires 150mph wind rating. This only has a 35mph wind rating. Honestly, I’m not sure of any place that never gets wind over 35mph. If your area allows you to build under a certain square footage without pulling a permit, you may be able to bypass the wind rating.. C. R.. FL. Tue Apr 01 2025

Great product we purchased the 12x20 said you will need 6 people for 14 hours, I did it in 16 hours by myself the only part I needed a quick hand with was putting up the 4 posts once I had those up I was off to the races directions were very clear few confusing parts but nothing that wasn't fixable, its sturdy and well built all screws lined up with pre tapped holes and it looks great at the campground, 3 hours after completing it we got a thunderstorm with heavy winds, we stayed dry under there, I was 100% leary of it coming from wayfair but I am impressed with it anyone complaining about it should just hire someone to build it because no issues seeing i did 98% of the building of it myself.. Heather. Southington, CT. Sun Aug 09 2026

The hardtop gazebo gives you a spot to enjoy your garden come rain or shine. It will become a permanent addition to your outdoor space, ideal for entertaining or simply relaxing alone or with family.

We ordered the 14x28 Purpleleaf Gazebo. We were looking for an easy maintenance option as our prior one (much smaller) was cedar and always needed cleaned and re-stained. We are extremely happy with the quality and look of this gazebo. It is massive but exactly what we wanted- an outdoor living space protected from the elements! The instructions could use a lot of work. It doesn’t appear they actually built it themselves when writing them. They needed more actual written instructions and not just pictures. My husband is very handy so of course figured it all out but it took us both looking over the steps multiple times to be sure we were installing the correct pieces in the correct way. It is critical that you have a tall ladder- we have a little giant ladder and it was perfect. You also need a 2nd person on hand (that was me) as some things just can’t be done alone. We even had to use a ladder as a deadman because we needed a 3rd person when putting up the frame. outside frame.. Nicole. Hilliard, OH. Sun Jul 26 2026

Weather has permitted me from putting it together but will update photos as soon as I do. It came in three largelong boxes and one smaller box. The metal seems sturdy. This outdoor gazebo will give you a place to not only shelter from the sun and rain, but also a private space where you can spend quality time with family and friends.

Better than expected. Seems to be well made. I hired a construction guy/friend to assemble it. He brought two employees, and it took a day and a half to assemble. I have only had it up for a month, and it hasn't been through any harsh weather. I will report if it becomes an issue. It looks great, and all of our Wayfair furniture fits under it and around our gas firepit. Nice addition. It is a good value. Yes, it is expensive, but the quality is good. The worst thing is that the quality is bad, and it falls apart. Then, I have a pile of scrap metal in my backyard. So far, very pleased.. Dr. Frank Heresco. Corvallis, Oregon. Wed May 20 2026

This solarium sunroom is more than just a gazebo—it's a versatile space for relaxation, dining, and entertainment. Whether you want a cozy cafe, a private studio, or a garden retreat, this outdoor pergola adapts to your needs.

So worth it! I needed an enclosed gazebo due to wildlife in the area. I did my research and finally landed on this one. For you weekend warriors, this may not be your project. My husband and I assembled it over 3 full weekends, and some nights we were free. All together it took around 15 days to build. The instructions were easy to follow for my husband, not for me. He is more of a visual figure outer. Some tips... Pay attention to the window sides before installing them. The outside side does not allow you to see in. The inside allows you to see out. It will look weird if it is installed wrong. How we kept it straight was pulling away the film from the corners and leaving it on throughout assembly. Peeling it away from the corners makes it easier too to pull away when the frames are on. Use the stickers for the doors that are provided to keep them straight as well. Before putting the sliding windows on, pull that sticker away, we had to take the windows apart bc we left the stickers on. Take a lot of breaks for your hands when doing the weatherstripping. Keep all the parts in the boxes throughout. It makes them easier to find. Our slab has a little slant to it away from the garage, which effects the doors, but they still all close properly with some adjustments . Overall, I am so happy with this purchase. I feel it was worth it. Seat cushions and furniture are also from Wayfair.. Kathy. Illinois. Mon Sep 28 2026

Absolutely LOVE this Gazebo! I couldn’t be happier with this gazebo! It is beautiful, extremely spacious, and made with really good-quality materials. I was honestly impressed with how large it is—the space is amazing and gives me plenty of room to have multiple sofas and still have lots of space to move around comfortably. Assembly was also much easier than I expected. The instructions were clear, and putting it together was a smooth process. The price was another huge plus. For the size, quality, and overall look, I feel like I got an amazing value for my money. But my favorite part is how beautiful my backyard looks now! It completely transformed the space and made my backyard feel like a beautiful outdoor living area. I absolutely love sitting outside and enjoying the space with my family. Im somewhere between 4 and 5 on this. The packaging is horrible so many parts were damaged. Wayfair gets a 5 out of 5 for getting replacements ordered for me quickly. The replacements were packed just as poorly so some got damaged as well but they sent extras so it was not a problem. Sent from the manufacturer so none of that is Wayfairs fault. Instructions were just okay. Not always super clear. Some bolts really wanted to cross thread. Im happy with the look and function. Its not going to keep every drop of water out in a storm but itll do an adequate job. It could be a little sturdier but I dont think you can find better for the price. Im telling everyone about Wayfair customer service. I expected to have to contact the manufacturer myself and be lucky to get a response. Blown away when Wayfair handled it all parts were shipped within a day or two.. Kasey. Sun Jul 19 2026
