I had a customer purchase 4 of these toilets, the only problem I noticed with the installation is you can tighten the bolts through the sides of the base and you can still twist the bowl. In other words there's still play from side to side, but not forward and back. I've watched several installation videos, and everyone gives the impression that the toilet bowl is locked down without any movement. So once everything is assembled your basically depending on the caulking to seal and hold the base of the toilet in place. On the concentional base with the screws being secured through the holes on the base you were able to securely lock down the base. I love the simplicity and low profile of this patio umbrella base stand! It says it’s 40 lbs. but it feels much heavier than that! It was extremely easy to assemble, five minutes! I’ve had my umbrella opened since I installed it and we’ve had rain and wind for the past week and this umbrella has not wavered or moved an inch! I’m in the process of finding a new outdoor table with an umbrella hole, and I have no worries that this base will keep the umbrella steady. I like the fact that it come with several hole adjustments for various size poles. I had to use the 1.5 inch hole tube. Update, have a new table with the umbrella hole. Update We installed the tub, and I’m extremely pleased with the way it turned out! The install was tricky for my husband and I to maneuver, as we didn’t hire an outside contractors.
