Love this gazebo so far! My husband I put this together in about 11 hours. I will say that there were some parts that were mislabeled and a couple of pieces that were missing the pilot holes. But, overall the assembly wasn’t nearly as bad as I imagined.. Carly. Mon Aug 17 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great!! I can finally sit outside on my rooftop patio in the rain!  You can do alot with a 12x16. I have two couches and two swivel chairs as well as a coffee table under it Took me one evening of sorting and assembling the beams about 4hrs  Full assembly one 12hr the next day 16hrs in total with two people for the roof.  Two people all day could probably do it in 6-8hrs  Only reason I gave it a 4star review was because the plastic, protective, coating on the roof panels is impossible to take off I took me a half an hour to peel off one whole panel. I said forget this and left the rest.  Idk why its not just grab one corner and rip off.  Its like peeling off cling wrap  I havent had any problems with it being on And my roof gets direct afternoon sun. I like this gazebo a lot. It seems to be good quality. Two of us put it up in about 8 hrs not rushing. I used two of the metal packing material bars to create two additional mounts in the ceiling for fans.. Robert. Belleville, MI. Fri Aug 28 2026

Better than expected. Seems to be well made. I hired a construction guy/friend to assemble it. He brought two employees, and it took a day and a half to assemble. I have only had it up for a month, and it hasn't been through any harsh weather. I will report if it becomes an issue. It looks great, and all of our Wayfair furniture fits under it and around our gas firepit. Nice addition. It is a good value. Yes, it is expensive, but the quality is good. The worst thing is that the quality is bad, and it falls apart. Then, I have a pile of scrap metal in my backyard. So far, very pleased.. Dr. Frank Heresco. Corvallis, Oregon. Tue May 19 2026

Double Steel Roof – Ventilated & Weatherproof The double-layer galvanized steel roof features a vented top for natural airflow, reducing heat buildup. The outer layer blocks sun and rain while the inner layer keeps the space dry.

Weather has permitted me from putting it together but will update photos as soon as I do. It came in three largelong boxes and one smaller box. The metal seems sturdy. This is possibly the best purchase Ive made from wayfair. Its perfect. The only true issues we had (and by we I mean my husband his two buddies who put it together while I napped in my hammock) were that not all the bolt holes matched up so they spent some time drilling them out. HOWEVER, the three of them were able to get it fully built and put up within a day. It only took approximately 6 hours (they did stop for lunch and dinner Im not that much of a monster yall I fed them don’t worry lol). If you have the time, power tools, friend power, and a hammock for the Mrs. to nap in, 1000 buy it!. Nicole. Mon Sep 28 2026

The hardtop gazebo gives you a spot to enjoy your garden come rain or shine. It will become a permanent addition to your outdoor space, ideal for entertaining or simply relaxing alone or with family.

We ordered the 14x28 Purpleleaf Gazebo. We were looking for an easy maintenance option as our prior one (much smaller) was cedar and always needed cleaned and re-stained. We are extremely happy with the quality and look of this gazebo. It is massive but exactly what we wanted- an outdoor living space protected from the elements! The instructions could use a lot of work. It doesn’t appear they actually built it themselves when writing them. They needed more actual written instructions and not just pictures. My husband is very handy so of course figured it all out but it took us both looking over the steps multiple times to be sure we were installing the correct pieces in the correct way. It is critical that you have a tall ladder- we have a little giant ladder and it was perfect. You also need a 2nd person on hand (that was me) as some things just can’t be done alone. We even had to use a ladder as a deadman because we needed a 3rd person when putting up the frame. outside frame.. Nicole. Hilliard, OH. Sun Jul 26 2026

It is highly recommended to have two people and if its your wife whos assisting you just be prepared for a marriage counsel session We didnt give it 5 stars because there were some roof panels that were bent or dented which we had to re-form.
