The inside had a hole in the seating where the cushions goes from a while in the box when I received i but nothing major. I put it together all by myself and have gotten lots of compliments about it. Big fan. The left and right side arrived a few days before the middle piece but all very fast. About a week in and the fluffiness is holding up well. Great for the price, better than I expected Notes the back is slanted as seen in the photos. It makes the couch not as deep, but gives decent back support. When you remove the back cushions to sleep on it, its very wide. The couch in general and ottomans arent very heavy, so the ottomans tend to slide easily when moving around. Comes in a vacuum sealed bag that expands as soon as you open it which I though was pretty neat. Couch is spacious and comfortable. It does sit lower to the ground and doesn't have a hard bottom to mount legs to it, so you'd have to build a platform if you wanted it to sit higher.
