Customers praise the product for its attractive appearance, nice color, and good value for the price. Many find it comfortable and sturdy, highlighting the soft fabric and matching ottoman. However, opinions on comfort and assembly are mixed, as some note the cushions lack support, the seat is low, and setup is challenging with unclear instructions and numerous parts.
