The light came quickly, but the driver left the box far from my house down a long driveway, right in the middle of a rain storm. I told Wayfair and they immediately sent a replacement, which is great customer service. The new light arrived quickly and looks great over my kitchen island. My reason for a four star rating instead of five is that I can’t figure out how to enable the light for my smart house system. There is a remote control which I find obnoxious to deal with—I think I need to change the switch, which might solve the issue. This fixture is great! The perfect size and incredibly bright. I installed it by myself, which is always a bit challenging just in terms of holding everything up while attaching wires and screwing things back together, but a couple of notes 1. The cables that adjust the height are VERY long- if you plan on using them somewhere where they need to be much shorter (like in my case) you will need to cut them which involves cutting 2 cables and 3 electric wires which you will then need to strip, splice and tape thoroughly back together. 2. The “color” adjuster is inside the fixture, so you really can’t adjust it easily- I thought I had this turned all the way to warm, but it doesn’t look like it. It’s definitely very unusual light fixture. I wasn’t sure. I liked it when we put it on, but my husband and electrician absolutely love it. So we’re keeping it and I’m getting used to it. It’s not your normal, elegant light fixture. I would say it’s a little bulky, but again it’s could be just me. All the guys are absolutely love it. The only important thing I would like to mention that is the every single light poll has a protective film on it, which is attached really really strong. And we didn’t remove it before we hand it on.
