It’s comfortable, has good lumbar support and not too much head support which my neck likes. As others have said, it won’t stay fully back in the reclined position which is ok. I just watch tv in it. It’s not a huge recliner which is good. There are, however some marks on one arm that should not be there. It’d be a huge problem to return it. This is by far the best living room furniture I ever purchased. It is well worth every dime spent on it. It is very comfortable and stylish. The lights really sets it off.
