The stainless steel top gives me a dedicated prep area right next to the grills, which makes cooking much more organized and convenient. It’s large enough for seasoning meat, setting down trays, or keeping food ready before it goes on the grill. The open shelf is perfect for frequently used items, while the storage cabinet underneath keeps seasonings, oils, grilling tools, napkins, gloves, and other accessories neatly tucked away and protected from the weather. I also really like the thoughtful extras. The built in bottle opener is something I didn’t know I needed until I started using it. The side handles are useful when moving the cart around, and the locking wheels make it easy to position exactly where I want it while keeping it stable during use. The weather resistant construction has held up well outdoors, and the stainless steel top is easy to wipe down after cooking. Visually, it fits my outdoor setup perfectly. The black finish and wood grain texture give it a clean, upscale appearance that looks great next to my grills and patio furniture. Love it. The only issue I have it’s with the wood. Yes it is very light weight wood. Received this rolling barbecue cart in excellent condition. It was packaged very well. When we began putting it together, the instructions were very confusing. As it went on, more instructions were not clear. It didn’t show anything about the tabs that were on one panel. We managed to get it put together, but we will have to take some of it apart because the handle should be on the opposite side. It appears that we will have to turn the top around. I like the overall concept of the Outdoor Kitchen Island BBQ Prep Station, but the setup process needs serious improvement. The instructions are tough to follow. Expect some trial and error. This is not a solo job. There are a lot of pieces, so plan for two people and a few hours. One issue that stood out. The product images show a Blackstone griddle setup, but the grommet placement doesn’t line up well if you’re running a propane attachment. I had to drill my own hole to avoid putting tension on the hose. That shouldn’t be necessary. I haven’t added my Big Green Egg yet. Before I do, I’m considering reinforcing the base with additional wood just to be safe. It looks solid, but that’s a lot of weight. All in, it took about 6 hours to get everything assembled. Great little fridge! Looks exactly as pictured. Comes down to temp quickly, and gets nice and cold provided you don’t have it sitting in direct sunlight without any shade. Ours sits under an awning that, provides shade for part of the day, but it still gets hit with all of the afternoon, Texas sun. Even so, during the height of summer it’s worked great. Make sure to check the fridge when it is delivered however, because we did have to have the original fridge we were shipped replaced due to damage the frame sustained during shipping. It was functional, but the frame bending took away our ability to properly hook the fridge up to the other components of the modular kitchen. It took a couple of calls to figure out how to get the issue sorted, and Wayfair even tried to tell me that our issue reporting window had closed. But, when I pointed out to them that the reason I couldn’t report the issue sooner was because I was given incorrect information by the first Wayfair rep I spoke with regarding how to handle the replacement request, they accepted responsibility for putting me outside my reporting window and shipped a replacement right away..
