Well, im sorry to say that the stool didn't function after i put it together. I pushed the lever and the seat went to its highest point snd wouldn't adjust down to the level i needed. Im trying to get advice on it or will try to replace it. Addendum. My brother read somewhere to turn the stool upside down and place it near heat overnight and i did that and apparently the lubricant inside the tube melted because i was able to adjust the seat down to a ht i wanted so now the seat is satisfactory, so i give it 4 stars for good price and looks minus 1 stuar for this glitch.. We sometimes have to endure the fatigue of sitting for long periods of time,due to the uncomfortable design of regular chairs. Now, the kneeling chair is coming to change this situation.They are different from regular chairs,openning your hips and pelvis, This results in better alignment of our spine, back, neck and shoulders and our internal organs are less compressed against your pelvis,especeally good for femal.The casters make it easier for us to move or swivel.

So I actually love this chair. I am 5'2" and a long time criss cross applesauce sitter. I have another desk chair that's wide seated to account for that. But like most other adults in their mid-forties, my neck and shoulders (and body) are killing me by the end of my work day. I wanted to test something out that would be better ergonomically, and after just a minute of sitting, I could feel a difference in my posture and neck. I did paint my seats bc black was the only option when I ordered, and the blue looks so nice with my space and the cushions are still nice and soft. Only reason I deducted a star was bc I was not provided with the right hardware pack. For some reason, the strips that go under the legs were missing, and in its place, some screws and connectors.
