Way too many pieces to put together in a timely manner! The directions call for a Phillips head, screwdriver, but what you really need is an Allen wrench which is included in one of the packages you use toward the end of construction. So look for that first! It looks good when put together, but the drawers don't fit well in the spaces. You create for them. Too much space on the sides of each drawer. Our item arrived with the legs damaged during shipping. Resolving this with Wayfair wasn't as smooth of a process as it could/should have been, but ultimately we did get it repaired and a discount was applied. As far as the piece itself, it is very nice and over all well made for the price. Our only area of slight dissatisfaction was the color seems more grey in person than what we expected based on the photos online. Still though this is over all a really great piece for the price.. In a nutshell, I would buy this piece again. We bought this buffet table as entryway furniture to store our shoes, umbrellas, gloves, hats, sunglasses, etc. Our front door opens directly into our small living room, so we needed something that could help us to manage a lot of the things that could go in a hall closet as well as give us a surface to help with packages or groceries. This piece does that for us. It is just deep enough to hold our shoes and the drawers let us store our loose items. I ordered the blue color and it is much darker than I expected. At first I thought they sent the black model by mistake. One of the inner supports arrived cracked, but it turned out not to be a crucial piece. Also, as usual, the packaging was full of styrofoam and the wood was very dusty. I unpacked the box on my front porch and wiped everything down before bringing it in or it would have gotten blue dust all over everything.
