I like that it has arm adjustments up and down. There are also other adjustments for tilt etc. everything in adjustments is available. The seat is nice and big and padding is sufficient. Love this chair. It took several more weeks than expected, but it wasn't Wayfair's fault. The warehouse where this is built was back logged. Needless to say I have it now, and it came very well packed. Since I've been working from home, my chair that I had just wasn't cutting it. My neck and back hurt where it was getting intolerable.
