Love this chair. It took several more weeks than expected, but it wasn't Wayfair's fault. The warehouse where this is built was back logged. Needless to say I have it now, and it came very well packed. Since I've been working from home, my chair that I had just wasn't cutting it. My neck and back hurt where it was getting intolerable.
