This is such a wonderful upgrade to an old spring very small rebounder (24" wide jump space ) that I had been using for about two months. It basically had no bounce. It was sitting unused. Was given to me by a neighbor years ago. Then I got interested in rebounding again after joining a few Facebook Rebounding groups. I did a lot of research before purchasing this rebounder and this particular size. What a wonderful jump experience I am having. It is so much easier on my body. I feel much more confident on the larger mat which is a 31" jump space. More room to move my legs in all positions. On my smaller one I was hesitant to move much for fear of jumping on the springs. This is a quality rebounder. Very sturdy, was easy to put together. I watched a youtube that helped with that process. I am 67.5 inches tall, 137 lbs. Have size 10.5" feet. 69 years old. I am very active and highly recommend this rebounder. I have not changed the bungees as I have only been jumping on this for a few weeks. I know in time I will change them to see what other type of bounce I can get. This was one of the reasons I wanted to purchase a rebounder with bungees so I could change them up. I don't plan on folding this down. I purchased the folding unit because it was $100 cheaper than the 550PRO which a representative from JumpSport told me they are the same units except it is cheaper to ship the folding unit. This 40 inch Rebounder Trampoline is great. It holds up to 500 lbs so I know it's sturdy. It was super easy to assemble - the bungie cords are already pre-assembled. The adjustable handle is very sturdy and also holds a cell phone. Arrived very quickly and was packaged very well. Assembly took about an hour or so, but everything fits tightly and it worked right away. There are a lot of great things about this exercise bicycle starting with the manageable size. It does everything a good exercise bike should do, but it's not bulky at all. The resistance knob to make it easier or harder is easy to turn and the seat adjusts nicely. A few things I love about it are the stretch arm and chest strengthening bands. They're in the perfect spot and I really appreciate getting a more complete workout. It's easy to reset and the display cycles through distance, speed and miles per hour and if you have your hand on the bars, it measures pulse and records it.
