This toilet has heated seat, heated water for the bidet and heated dryer. It is beautiful, and easy to clean. The night light is wonderful at night. It’s a gorgeous toilet that has all the features you could ever want! It’s a little shorter than the chair height models so keep that in mind. I had an issue with getting it installed though (not the fault of the toilet!). First thing is that you need to have a dedicated power outlet which we had installed. But we can’t install it without moving the water shut off valve. The back of the toilet’s opening doesn’t match up with the placement of my water line so it’s going to take longer to get it installed and a lot more complicated. This product imparts a greater gloss than Marmoleum has out of the box. I'd call it satin. We like the shine. Since it is a Forbo product it should be the most compatible treatment available. The instructions say it both cleans and shines though it makes sense to thoroughly sweep then clean the floor with mild detergent and water or the Forbo cleaner first. Beautiful, thick flooring with great waterproof backing. I have the flooring butted up to our original wood flooring and its pretty close to "natural." Item shipped fast, was packaged almost too well but it still came with chips in the corners of some of the pieces. I was surprised with how well it was packaged and wrapped that it had chips and dings in it. **Update: I received a new package that came with no chips or dings! This one is heavier and from the side its nicer looking. Personally, I like the cheaper lighter clocks for hanging.
