Had the hire a plumber to install this. Very quick and easy, except for making a new hole for the dispenser to be mounted. Water comes out quickly and the taste is amazing. I am very disappointed with the lack of information on replacing the filters on the ro ispring tankless 800 gpd. there is not one video anywhere that shows a step by step video of how to. The actual system has been great until my first filter replacement. I would never have bought this product had I know there was zero information available on this topic.. T. Tue Aug 27 2024

My RO system had an iSpring UVF 11 installed with it for several years when one of the connectors broke off, causing it to leak. After mopping up all the water, I called iSpring and talked with Nick, who advised me to purchase the newer UV filter, the UVF8, which uses LED technology, and instead of having to replace the lamp annually, I would not have to change it but every 10 years or so. I am not a plumber nor an expert in these matters, but Nick assured me that I could make the swap myself. The system is working well now and the water is excellent.
