There is one issue that I had with it so I went to sleep and when it came back on the to cool the room, it makes a very loud noise and scared me out of my sleep. This efficient machine is just what we needed for our bedroom. It was easy to install. We read previous reviews that said they had to cut the window insert with a handsaw, so we were prepared. It was very easy to trim with our basic handsaw. It fit beautifully. We trimmed it out with white duct tape so there were absolutely no air holes anywhere.
