I bought this to take my Daushund puppy (9 mo, 13 lbs) on the Amtrak to visit family. The ad said it accommodates dogs up to 20 lbs. My dog is 13 lbs, but she is too long to fit! Bummer! I did not think about the length. So I ended up returning the carrier for that reason only. Other than that it is high quantity.

This item is made in China. I doubt it would have fit my cat. I opened the package and found the instructions and one of the warnings was the item was flammable. Needless to say, I didn't open it and started my return. I don't need a flammable cat carrier
