This is my first time using Wayfair. I bought a electric fireplace insert. It came to my house fast. I need help ordering it and customer service was outstanding and helpful. But only one problem it’s about 1” to short ( length.) Now I have to figure out how to fix it.

I bought this fireplace a few years ago and it's still working same as on day 1. It's really beautiful and provides heat as expected. Only downside is the crackling effect of the fire doesn't sound very good, so we just don't use that feature.

Love the look and various lighting displays. It definitely is an esthetic pleaser. The unit even provides 'fireplace crackling' sounds, although the sound is not exactly similar alike ( minus1 star). The heater in the fireplace throws off some nice heat and the blower unit runs quiet. All in all, we are very pleased with our purchase for the price.
