Never worked looks great but never worked

Really beautiful! We haven't installed it yet, but we did connect it and it's really beautiful, the colors and the magnitude of options, in addition to its convenience with its connection with Alexa, which makes it really easy to access. Very satisfied, can't wait to install it.

JUNK!! The piece that the stones sits on came in split. Was given a credit for that. Had the Fireplace installed and the front glass will not fit. Will not go high enough to clear the bottom lip. The heater blows cold air. No heat. And the blower is kinda loud. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Hard to beat this fireplace in terms of the ambience you can add to a room. The flames are one of the most realistic that I have seen in an electric fireplace, they have speed and intensity adjustment, in the RGB technology, makes it possible to give a very nice range of colors to the flames and different colors to the bed and overhead lighting which makes it really cool. if you to create a cozy traditional feel for a evening in in winter, watching a Christmas movie you can do that, however, if you in the mood for something different, a Halloween movie and you want a spooky green flame with purple bed and backlighting you can do that two and a lot more. Plus, you can run the flame effect without producing any heat so you can use it all year round.

I just received the fireplace. The delivery was great (it was a very cold day with snow-covered roads), no damages !!! The unit was packed very well! I still havent plugged it in. I was surprised how big it looks in real (which I like very much - its 80in). I bought the fireplace based just on the specifications. There werent any reviews that could help. So, once its installed, Ill post some pictures and impressions from how the fireplace operates.

This unit is absolutely beautiful in my theatre room! Just what was needed. I also purchased the fire comfort smart crackler sound system just to give it some sound effects when needed.
