Went together easier than expected and all the materials are sturdy and very well made. We’ve had 60 mph winds twice in the ten days since I assembled it and it was not at all fazed by them. All the parts were there plus extras of just about everything and I’m very happy with it. Ran electric through beams which I should have drilled out holes for before assembly. Only complaint at all would be the windows are quite loud banging on the frame when the wind blows but I plan to put pads of some sort in place to reduce that. Ready for summer now and this by the pool will make it perfect.

The gazebo we bought was delivered on time. The customer service representative was very knowledgeable and courteous. Looking forward to installation when weather permits.

2nd Attempt at reviewing. First very detailed one went poof at very end. Very disappointed! You have to open every box to find assembly manual. Its not in box 1 nor are the boxes labeled with content. Instructions are vague and inaccurate at times when you get to the roofing panel installation. Clips on roofing panels are a pain to work with. Window panels get installedremoved on the outside so whenever it rains you must get panels from rack inside sunroom, bring them out, put up. Back and forth. So you get wet in the process and have to make a lot of of trips in out of sunroom. Poor design on that. You get 4 window racks which takes up a lot of floor space. Give option to reduce to 2 taller in height to maximum space. Another design issue in my opinion. Quality Not up to my expectations at all. Showing pics for the following issues. 1. Missing roof panel. 2. Melted indentation in a window panel. 3. Holesnag in screen from the numerous metal shavings we found between the panels. 4. Broken roller on sliding door panel. Cant simply replace to roller bracket system because its not screwed to panel, its riveted. Therefore we need an entire new sliding door panel. Rollers are cheap quality as well. 5. A few of the holes in the framework werent punched through so we had to do that. Overall Im disappointed. The quality isnt there for the price paid. Customer service There is no phone number. You can email them only. Not a good feeling! I cant comment on the quality of their customer service yet as Im waiting for a response to all of the issues. They need to make this right asap. Keep in mind that because of the issues, were going to have to disassemble and reassemble some parts of the sunroom because of the qualitymissing parts.

There is a gap in both sliding door water is coming in from outside. Some windows are not tight to the frame and rattling when windy day. I need to resolve these issue please advise what to do now.

Beaucoup de Problèmes lors de la livraison mais le service de Purple Leaf a été super ! J’avais choisi ce modèle comme il est rectangle et non octogonal c’est moins de perte d’espace. Semble solide mais pas encore assemblé
