It arrived cracked. This was my second order of the same product. First one did not heat. This one works; however, it is cracked. I see that someone else reported their item was cracked and added pictures that appear to be exactly what I received? Look at the pictures. Pretty obvious. Could be a coincidence. I did not send it back because it illuminates and heats. Just disappointed I received a second one that is not in perfect condition. When people pay and send pictures informing the item is not delivered in new condition I believe the matter should be addressed. Such as sending me one in new condition so that I may inspect it and send this one back.
