On your website it shows red cushion covers as RED. When they arrived they were an orange/red which I hated. Had to make at least 10 calls to you guys to get it corrected. Every time I called there was a different story. One person even told me I would have to send the whole patio set back for a refund and repurchase it. There was absolutely no common sense. While the set looks great, it was a  little disappointing. There were two levelers that didn’t survive shipping as the plastic caps separated from their screws, a handful of “synthetic wicker” that slipped out of the shipping carton makes me wonder how much more will fall off the product, and chipped powder coat and apparent rust spots make me wonder how many seasons will be the lifespan of the set.
