Not super complicated to put together. Seems extremely sturdy. Mattress does slide on it so we’re gonna have to figure that out it. Got this bed for our son. All in all it’s a very nice bed. Wanted the gray one but settled for the cream color as it is 50 cheaper. The upholstery is beautiful and soft. The bed is sturdy, i just wish the slats and the feet that supports the slats were made of metal. Take note that the maximum thickness of the twin trundle mattress is 8in anything thicker won’t fit. We got a 10inch mattress for the full bed, i think an 8 or a 12inch mattress would work fine too. It took us 2hrs to assemble it. Our son loves the bed. Absolutely beautiful in person. Very easy to build, took me about an hour before work. Used in my son’s room. The blue is a wonderful shade suitable for boys and girls. It’s also pretty sturdy once built, especially for the price point. I lay down on it frequently with my son and it handles the weight.
