The San Salvador is a square bar sink hand-hammered from 100% recycled, lead-free copper by master artisans. Through years of skill and experience passed down from previous generations, the end result is a one-of-a-kind work of art. Made from 16 gauge copper, the beautiful San Salvador has a warm antique finish and a 1-inch flat lip, allowing either drop-in or undermount installation. The sink has a 3.5" drain for standard U.S. plumbing connections. Copper is amazingly easy to maintain. Fingerprints do not show as they will on stainless steel and other metals. For basic cleaning, simply use soap and water. Copper has a "living finish" and its patina will continue to develop character over time, meaning it will become a richer, darker color. The patina creates a unique look of light and dark tones complementing each other. Made with the highest standards of quality and creative design, Novatto sinks add art and function to any room. Just add water and enjoy Novatto's lifetime limited warranty. Supreme packaging and boxing ensure damage-free delivery.

This sink is GORGEOUS!!! Updated for my wet bar reno; previously had a stainless steel sink that felt very utilitarian. This hammered copper sink is so distinctive and dramatic, and feels so much more luxurious than the $237 price tag! I like that it is handcrafted from a family-owned business, too. I had it undermounted, and it is stunning with my new countertop. The sink capacity is not huge (dinner plate does not sit flat in the sink, given its trapezoidal shape), but a salad plate will; depth is more than adequate to fill a pitcher. Note additionally in the photos my beautiful SinkSense copper drain, and the Kibi pull-down faucet. (The rubber stoppers were to test for size, have been retired to the cabinet under my sink because the SinkSense flip-wire basket is able to stop water/fill basin amazingly well on its own!) Very, very happy with this purchase!!. May. Baltimore, MD. Sat Apr 12 2025

Very beautiful sink. It is not square though. The 4 sides have a gentle arch. I already had a square opening because I was changing out a sink. It would not be an issue if I was cutting the hole for the first time.. Cathy. Palm City, FL. Fri Jul 19 2019

This sink is a work of art. Beautiful and functional.. Anonymous. Mon May 06 2024

DESIGN: Early in the design process, our Artisans determined that in order to build a beautiful copper sink, able to withstand the punishment of today's modern kitchen, each sinks should be constructed using heavy, 12-Gauge copper. Drawing on a classic undermount design combined with modern finishing techniques, our Artisans selected a hammered finish to create an exquisite copper undermount kitchen sink. MATERIAL: Thick 12-Gauge Copper Alloy made from 99% pure copper and 1% zinc (for strength and integrity) PRODUCTION: Using extra-thick 12-Gauge copper, each sink is T.I.G. welded using pure copper to ensure proper fusion/sealing at the corners and seams. Once formed, each sink is hand-hammered, to create an elegant, exquisite finish. Since copper is a malleable metal, the hammering process creates a stronger and more durable surface, hiding any nicks or scratches that can occur with any heavily used sink. SPECIFICATIONS: 18" W x 18" D x 9" H. WHAT'S INCLUDED?: Copper undermount kitchen sink, sink grid and disposal flange and installation guide.
