I actually love this sink--it's nice & deep, is easy to keep clean, and looks beautiful in our kitchen. My only issue is that it DOES scratch, even though it claims to be scratch resistant. I have to be very careful about what I use to clean it so that it doesn't scratch. I was using one of those sponges that has a scrubber on one side and it scratched the sink pretty easily. It's not super noticeable, and it doesn't bother me that much, but it's still a little disappointing. I received this as part of a tried and true program, and this ink is beautiful. It is well packaged/protected with foam and bubble wrap. The template that comes it with is folded so not perfect, definitely needs someone who is knows what they are doing to install it. i haven't pick out my countertop yet so it cannot be installed yet. but i love that it is all rounded and comes with the sink drainer. the inside measures 25 x 16 the outside measure 26 3/4 x 17. This is a very beautiful sink. Great quality and beautiful crisp white color. Has a shiny finish (not matte finish) and is quite heavy and very well made. Remember to read the sink descriptions when you are looking for a sink - I ordered two Koehler sinks that were listed as “white” in the title that turned out to be matte finish or cream with light blue flecks and I ended up returning those.This sink was attempt #3 and I am completely happy!
