A great air. Gets colder much quicker than my 10,000 btu. The wall air conditioners are loud compared to the window ones but it’s because of the placement of the engine. The service I received for the air was really great too. They walked up 3 flights of stairs and placed in the room of my choice. It saved me a trip.. Samantha. New York, NY. Tue Sep 08 2026

GE Appliances is dedicated to providing the right solutions for rooms of any size. Our portable air conditioners are designed to provide exceptional comfort with quiet operation, and the 3-in-1 functionality with built-in air conditioning, three fan speeds and dehumidifying capabilities provide ultimate flexibility and convenience. This 115V GE Smart Portable Air Conditioner cools medium-sized rooms up to 450 square feet and is perfect for a living room or office. Upgrade this AC to dual hose with additional RAP02 portable AC dual hose conversion kit, which provides up to 3X* better cooling experience, allowing your room to cool faster and more uniformly (*for 7,500 SACC tested at 95). The auto-evaporation technology evaporates any water the portable unit collects under most room conditions, eliminating the need to drain excess water. LED controls with included remote make it easy to clearly see and manage your settings from anywhere in your room, or connect to the SmartHQ app to monitor your unit on the go. This portable AC installs easily in double hung or sliding windows with no cutting required and comes with easy-roll wheels for effortless mobility. Additional features like a washable filter, 24-hour on/off timer, and auto restart offer ease of use and maintenance. Portable units must be vented out of a window.

The portable AC unit definitely helps cool the room and makes my overall electric bill cheaper by not running the central AC as much. The biggest game changer is buying the dual hose conversion. I would not recommend this product if you did not purchase the door hose conversion. After purchasing the dual host conversion kit, I would say the product runs 70% more efficient with less humidity.. Zach580. Ardmore Oklahoma. Mon Sep 08 2025

Our BLACK+DECKER Window Air Conditioner with Inverter Technology is built for high efficiency cooling and energy efficiency in mind. Inverter technology uses a variable speed compressor (rather than a fixed speed) to adjust according to the room temperature. This provides a more consistent temperature and helps save energy while efficiently controlling motor speed. The variable speed compressor automatically adjusts its rotational speed according to the selected temperature. It does not cycle on and off like traditional air conditioners. This also helps to reduce noise. Our ac unit for bedroom comes with a Full Function remote control with LED screen display and Follow Me Function. The follow me feature allows you to use the remote as the thermostat to get temperature readings from where you are instead of the AC unit. This allows more precise temperature readings and improved control for cooling your environment. The control panel on the air conditioner window unit has electronic control with digital display. Our window AC allows adjustable thermostat controls from 60°F (16°C) to 86°F (30°C) with both Fahrenheit and Celsius readouts. Choose between Auto, Cool, Dry and Fan mode operations. Fan mode comes with 4 settings including auto, Low, Med and High fan speeds. Auto mode automatically selects cooling or fan only operation depending on the selected temperature and room temperature. Our inverter air conditioner also features a FLASHCOOL function that provides maximum cooling at high speeds to reach set temperature in the shortest time possible. Timer function helps turn the AC unit on or off automatically from 30 minutes to 24 hours. ECO mode and Sleep function for energy efficient operation. Designed for wooden or vinyl-clad windows from 23” to 36" wide. Washable, removable filter included. Our window ac unit uses R-32 refrigerant. LCDI protected 3-prong 78” power cord. Window installation kit includes accordion-style side panels, foam insulation strips, foam seal weather stripping and hardware. Remote control requires 2 AAA Batteries (not included). 115V, 60 Hz, 8.2 amps. Window AC unit measures 18.98” W x 18.54” D x 13.58” H.
