Unfortunately, the quality of the paint finish was disappointing. There were noticeable paint issues on the corners, sides, and door. After simply wiping it down with a damp cloth and drying it with a paper towel, some of the paint came off. I am extremely disappointed with this vanity, especially considering the price. The quality of the materials is absolutely terrible and feels incredibly cheap. This is nowhere near the level of quality I expected from a product being sold for over 500. The vanity arrived with scratches and dents, and the workmanship was just as bad. Several of the pre-drilled holes were out of place and did not line up properly, making assembly much more difficult than it should have been. Even worse, the hardware used to put the vanity together is so cheap that pieces kept falling out while trying to assemble it. For something that is supposed to be permanently installed in a bathroom, the construction and hardware should be sturdy and dependable. Instead, the entire product feels poorly manufactured with very little attention to quality control. The pictures make this vanity look like a beautiful, solid piece of bathroom furniture. What I received did not live up to that impression at all. At this price point, this level of quality is unacceptable. Wayfair should be ashamed to sell a product of this quality for more than 500. I would absolutely not recommend this vanity, and if I had seen the actual quality beforehand, I would never have purchased it. Save yourself the frustration and buy something else.. Robert. The perfect replacement sink. We got this to replace the bathroom sink in my moms suite. The base is tall and sturdy. Its well built and has enough weight to make it strong. I love the shelf. Most of this less expensive sink bases do not have shelves. This is an added bonus. It was well packaged and extremely easy to put together. Took 20 mins. Such a nice vanity, modern and substantial. The veining on the top looks great and it has so much storage. The assembly instructions were not the best but we made it through. You have to decide how to attach the top yourself which I why I only rated 4 stars, seems like some kind of directions or hardware for this would be normal to include I’m happy with it over all and think it looks so pretty in my space.. Beautiful bathroom vanity! Very solid construction. The assembly instructions were very clear and easy to follow.  The doors have hidden soft close hinges that are very easy to adjust. There is plenty of storage under the sink. The cabinet does come with a quality ceramic sink which is very convenient and matches perfectly. Delivery was smooth and vanity arrived with no issues. This was easy to assemble. Feels sturdy and the smooth soft close on the doors is great!!
