I had a bad experience with this order. The first order was never delivered because it was broken during shipping and the carrier didn't deliver it. The replacement was ordered and delivered. The shipping box was intact upon arrival but when I opened it the vanity top was broken in two places. I had to repack it and take it to the carrier for return. The packaging was inadequate for the product. I ended up buying one locally.. Albert. NM. Tue Mar 26 2024

The product came with two serious issues -- it was beige, not gray and it was broken into at least 3 pieces. Wayfair promptly refunded our money. It was not packaged very well so I'd think twice about ordering this as it just may not survive the journey. I took these pictures when the box was first opened. Could hear something rattling around in there. The top just snapped off/cracked from the sink portion - on both sides.. Rachel. Dayton, OH. Thu Jan 25 2024

I’m had to return this vanity top because it was completely different color than in the picture. I even called customer service before ordering to verify it was the color as seen in the picture which they confirmed. The color was light beige and the one I received was yellow. Don’t buy unless you’re looking for a yellow vanity top!. Don. Ojai, CA. Tue Oct 24 2023

Although it is not a slab as pic portrays, it is a beautiful vessel sink that we absolutely love! So happy with this purchase!. Brandi. PA. Fri Apr 01 2022

Horrible experience twice, first one was shattered badly and WayFair replaced it. Guess what, the second one also shattered because of terrible packaging as the photos indicate. Ordered it a third time and keeping our fingers crossed.. Koteswara. Thu Sep 07 2023
