This is a sad story….of a package that was delayed and then when it finally arrived in a teeny, tiny box…it contained nothing but 6 tiny screws that were supposed to be used to attach the hinges - hinges that were not included in the package. The first offer from Wayfair was (instead of accepting a return) a 20% off option. Yay! Discounted screws :) When I rejected this option, I was transferred to another return agent. I had to go through the entire story again, then send photos. And only then was I told I could return the item. I then went on a competitor’s website and re-ordered the item.
