I love in a craftsman bungalow (read: old!), and my kitchen is still a work in progress as I slowly figure out how to modernize it. The previous knobs were silver and not particularly pretty, but finding alternative backplates the same size as the old hardware proved to be an exercise in futility...until I found these! About these to cover up the holes on my cabinet hardware cuz I don't know how to fix them or where they're look good so these just cover up the hole then you put the pool on top of it haven't done it yet but it looks easy and it helps with the with the holes go together nice straight even. I bought these in copper to go behind new knobs purchased for a flat-pack buffet and a cabinet that my husband and I put together. The backplates along with the knobs really dress up the buffet and cabinet and look special. I didn’t know you could actually buy backplates before looking on Wayfair, and I think these have a more contemporary design compared to a lot of other more traditional designs.
