[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a well made faucet! The handles and spout are the heaviest, sturdiest parts to a sink faucet I’ve ever felt. What this faucet does, it does with conviction! It’s solid, looks sleek and modern, and was easy to install. In my 20ish years of homeownership & renovation projects, I’ve honestly never encountered such a well-made plumbing fixture. It’s pricier than what you could get at national hardware stores, but quality is key with anything that deals with water! Took my husband half an hour to install. Directions are extremely clear, nearly all necessary parts were included. Check the owners manual for the required supply line diameter - he had to buy a 3/8 to 1/2 inch hose to work with our existing plumbing arrangement. I’m usually a bargain hunter, but after feeling how well made this is, I don’t think I can purchase anything other than a top of the line Kohler!. Erins. Wed Sep 02 2026

Great faucet, 5 stars. Reached out to customer service after I ordered, before it shipped because website says it doesn't include the handles or drain piece, and they confirmed it doesn't include drain. HOWEVER, upon receiving and opening the box, it does include both the drain and the handles. As the drain by itself costs $300, ik sure this will be helpful information to have for any future customers as well as the website that sells the product. Quote from customer service "We have reviewed your questions and confirmed that the drain is not included. What is included is the Ceramic Disc Valve, Two Lever Handles, and the Spout You can review more information about the product by reviewing the description and specification portion on SKU: LBPR9350. Listen, is it kind of ridiculously expensive Yes! Have I found it to be worth it Yes! Now, here’s the caveat, I purchased this for our downstairs bathroom. I’m not sure if I’d be willing to buy two of these for a double vanity due to the price. The best thing about this faucet isn’t the elegant design or color, it’s the fact that my two toddlers and husband can turn this thing on full blast and it won’t spray everywhere like our other faucets do. I didn’t realize how important this was to me, until we had it and now I can never go back to exploding water. So much less clean up. Ps. If you are wondering what that pink color is at the bottom of the drain is, it’s my lack of cleaning, nothing to do with the faucet.. Kelsey. Placentia, CA. Thu Sep 18 2025
