This hot water heater was easy to assemble. I was very surprised by how quickly it heats water. It actually makes water hot enough that I saw steam when I was showering. It came with everything I needed to put it together and make things work. I do think the regulator could use an upgrade though, but that's not so bad. I'd give it 5 stars because it provided us with a nice hot outdoor camping shower when we wouldn't have had one otherwise and it was easy to put together and everything just worked.. Meghan. I just received the water heater for my winter safety net program. It looks good to me and has all the components which are needed to install this and to be used. One item would have been added is the electric plug which is not there but are bare wires. Shopped around for a replacement water heater. A lot of brands I'd not heard of. I was also surprised that many had warranties for 2-5 years. After researching and trying to find a better brand with greater longevity, I learned that Wayfair sold water heaters and they carried GE. I found the GE model I was looking with a 12 year warranty and ordered it. Excellent communication, reasonable shipping time frame (our old water heater was still limping along, so we were ok to wait but I ordered on the 15th and it arrived by the 22nd!) and shipping was free. We were able to remove the old water heater and install the new one without much trouble. I've ordered furniture and other household items in the past and have always been pleased.. Anonymous.
