Excellent product. We have a 4 bathroom house and all use hot water for dishwasher and laundry. The water heater is great, quick to deliver hot water and is working great. Really like the product. The Rinnai tankless H2O heater works as advertised-- water gets heated quickly, and with the wi-fi controller installed, I can use my smartphone or tablet to control aspects of it, i.e. enabling hot water on demand and setting the temperature of the water. However it is the APP that needs some work. There is *minimal* information on the app's features and how to use it. It's a great idea that just needs a little work to make it truly useful..
