Very nice, Shinco makes a very quiet Dehumidifier 120 pints that will cover 6000 sq feet! It truly does the job! Most other brands with a dehumidifier with 120 pt tank cover 4000-5000 sq ft! This can be controlled wireless with your mobile phone! The price was close to a 50 pt Dehumidifier! Heck a no brainer! This lil dehumidifier is working great so far! I unboxed it, put it on the landing of my stairs so it could dehumidify my upstairs which is like an attic but it’s two bedrooms and a bath. Maybe 450 sq ft and my down stairs is 750 sq ft. Total1200 sq ft. This lil guy had casters so you can roll it around but on carpet a lil harder to do. It’s heavy so rolling it is best. Comes with a manual but honestly it’s self explanatory. It works with an online SmartLife app once you get that set up you change settings through the app not on the unit itself. I took photos of the app to show all the settings but if you don’t want the app you can change settings on the unit manually. It’s one or the other can’t change settings on unit if it’s on your WiFi app which I think is odd Dumping the water is easy just pull out the reservoir pick it up by the handle and take it first where you want to dump water, because it could spill out if you remove the lid first. To remove the lid is simple it has a small arm you push down on and the lid pops open, just take out off lid, dump water, put lid back in place and push down and it snaps into place. Push the reservoir back into unit till it’s secure and turn unit back on. Always turn unit off before removing the reservoir to dump water. I set mine on 35 so far I’ve dumped it 3 times in 24 hours it holds quite a bit of water. I can’t believe how much humidity was in this house. There’s a drain tube included as well.. Annette. US. Great product so far. And aesthetically, the most minimal and elegant dehumidifier I could find. Took about 24 hours to dehumidify our piano room and get it to the humidity level I set it to (from 55% to 45%). It's not the most quiet appliance, but it is very effective and isn't in our main living space, so it's perfect for us. So far the manual setting works pretty well. I set it to 45% and it automatically turns on and off to keep the humidity level around there. I have a hygrometer near the piano that tracks humidity level and it's staying very steady since getting this dehumidifier. I'm also I glad I got the one with wi-fi connection. You can control everything through the app– turn the dehumidifier on/off; change the modes between Auto, "Dry" (the manual mode), Quiet, Fan, and Continuous; and fan speed. This has been mostly a set-it-and-forget-it appliance for us, but it's nice that we have access via the app if needed. Because I enjoy being lazy. Highly recommend.. Lia V.. Thu May 14 2026

We replaced an older unit with the new Waykar 120 pint dehumidifer. This unit is smaller and lighter than the model it replaced while still removing moisture at a higher rate. It's also a lot quieter than our older unit. Very easy to understand and operate the control panel. Had it set up in less than 5 minutes. Initial 2 hour run at low speed dropped the humidity in our basement from 65% to 54%. Have it set up to gravity drain into a sump, so we don't need to worry about emptying the bucket. I have had my dehumidifier now for over a week. It is very quiet and so far has removed a good amount of water everyday. I’m very pleased with this dehumidifier. My previous one lasted 20 years. This model is smaller, more compact and well made. I’m using it in my basement bar area and so far it seems to be working very well. I prefer emptying it manually rather than connecting the drainage hose. I live in Jacksonville Florida and humidity here is crazy. I live in an apartment complex where a tenant has been having humidity issues in her apartment. Since I moved there in December 2025 I haven’t had issues but I do have to keep my apartment cold. Since I’ve boughten this dehumidifier I now have to raise my thermostat because it gets too cold in my apartment. I’ve been timing how often I have to remove the bucket with water inside. If I remove water at 7am on Monday I don’t have to do it again until Wednesday at 7am. I have it set up running at 45 humidity level on Dry mode from 5am to 8pm and then from 8pm to 5am I have it set to quiet fan mode from the app still at 45 humidity on Dry mode. My apartment is 688 sqft so it’s small but I also have humidity indicators from my closet kitchen living room and bedroom. My closet was my biggest concern since you have to go to the bathroom to get to it and my dehumidifier is in my kitchen. I was afraid it wouldn’t reach but every single one of my humidity indicators since I’ve bought this thing is at 49% humidity. it’s really a great product and I’m glad I purchased it!. Chrisjax. Small, sleek and works. I needed a quick fix and something small for the bathroom because the vent doesn’t work well anymore. This dehumidifier is amazing. I usually have it in the basement but right now it’s upstairs. It fills up with water fast. Pulled out the humid temperature fast. I drain it when I see the level is high but it will shut off automatically also. I started at 74% and got to 50% fast. It has rollers to move it around. I love it. Worth every bit of money I paid.. This is a nice compact dehumidifier. It's sturdy and heavy but doesn't take up too much space. The wheels and handle are great for mobility. One of the best things about it is how quiet it is in operation. For a commercial dehumidifier, the sound is very low. I don't have the ability to fully comment on it's effectiveness yet but can say that the reading changed rather quickly with a short test try.
