This worked INSANELY fast. Like when I started it was 64% humidity in my bathroom and within five minutes it was down to 54%. I love that the dehumidifier covers a larger area of 4500 sq. Ft. I have used this for over a week now. It was very easy to unpack. There wasn’t a lot of unnecessary packaging which was nice. It was well packed. There were some gashes in the box, so I was a little worried. It comes in original box, no outside cardboard box. All was well though when I unpacked it. The instruction booklet was a little bit vague but did what it needs to. All you had to do was take plastic off the one part and plug it in. Adjusting the modes, speed, and humidity level were easy to follow with instructions, however, I would have liked a more detailed example of recommendations. I have run it for over a week, and I have not had one drop of water in the compartment. I do not know if that is normal, as the instructions only mention how to turn on, set modes and things. I will say, I have a humidity gage. Since using the dehumidifier my gage is in normal range. It was always HIGH. It is now on the low end of normal and has been staying consistent with that. You could always feel the humidity in the air a bit. Since running this, we have not. Time will tell. It has not been bad yet as we are in a cool front right now. We will see once the weather heats up and stays that way. I will continue to use, as I feel it is working according to my gage. I am very pleased. UPDATE! 7/13/2026 I have run it in our humid HOT high 90's-100-degree weather. This runs all day every day. We did not use the tube to run outside yet. We just dump it. Since running it, our home has been about 5 degrees cooler than last year this time. We have always had a problem with high humidity. My humidity in my home NOW stays in normal range. When I first reviewed, I was not getting any water out, so wondered if it was truly working. WELL, I can tell you NOW, I have to dump about 3 times a day. Not a bother for me at all. The fact my home is in the 42-48 mark on humidity is a blessing. I would dump this 50 times a day if needed. I will be getting another! I have family members that will be purchasing as well. Great size Dehumidifier. I love the handle that lifts the entire unit. Especially since it will be another option to transporting from room to room. We have pretty high pile carpets and I'm not sure how well the tires will work when moving from space to space. I want to use this in the largest space in my home based on the square ft listed. I've had Waykar 120 about a month and so far this machine works as advertised. I was skeptical after reading reviews (all brands and models have around 10 % one star reviews). Under normal conditions, my 3000 square foot house is running about 75% humidity this summer. The Waykar 120 gets that down to low 60s during the day and mid 50s at night.
