Great product so far. And aesthetically, the most minimal and elegant dehumidifier I could find. Took about 24 hours to dehumidify our piano room and get it to the humidity level I set it to (from 55% to 45%). It's not the most quiet appliance, but it is very effective and isn't in our main living space, so it's perfect for us. So far the manual setting works pretty well. I set it to 45% and it automatically turns on and off to keep the humidity level around there. I have a hygrometer near the piano that tracks humidity level and it's staying very steady since getting this dehumidifier. I'm also I glad I got the one with wi-fi connection. You can control everything through the app– turn the dehumidifier on/off; change the modes between Auto, "Dry" (the manual mode), Quiet, Fan, and Continuous; and fan speed. This has been mostly a set-it-and-forget-it appliance for us, but it's nice that we have access via the app if needed. Because I enjoy being lazy. Highly recommend.. Lia V.. Thu May 14 2026

This dehumidifier is amazing. I usually have it in the basement but right now it’s upstairs. It fills up with water fast. Pulled out the humid temperature fast. I drain it when I see the level is high but it will shut off automatically also. I started at 74% and got to 50% fast. It has rollers to move it around. I love it. Worth every bit of money I paid.. It can help remove the moisture effectively and keep the environment dry and comfortable, giving you a great experience after using this dehumidifier for your home. Shinco SDZ1-80P dehumidifier will play an important role in improving your indoor air quality.

This lil dehumidifier is working great so far! I unboxed it, put it on the landing of my stairs so it could dehumidify my upstairs which is like an attic but it’s two bedrooms and a bath. Maybe 450 sq ft and my down stairs is 750 sq ft. Total1200 sq ft. This lil guy had casters so you can roll it around but on carpet a lil harder to do. It’s heavy so rolling it is best. Comes with a manual but honestly it’s self explanatory. It works with an online SmartLife app once you get that set up you change settings through the app not on the unit itself. I took photos of the app to show all the settings but if you don’t want the app you can change settings on the unit manually. It’s one or the other can’t change settings on unit if it’s on your WiFi app which I think is odd Dumping the water is easy just pull out the reservoir pick it up by the handle and take it first where you want to dump water, because it could spill out if you remove the lid first. To remove the lid is simple it has a small arm you push down on and the lid pops open, just take out off lid, dump water, put lid back in place and push down and it snaps into place. Push the reservoir back into unit till it’s secure and turn unit back on. Always turn unit off before removing the reservoir to dump water. I set mine on 35 so far I’ve dumped it 3 times in 24 hours it holds quite a bit of water. I can’t believe how much humidity was in this house. There’s a drain tube included as well.. Annette. US. This is a nice compact dehumidifier. It's sturdy and heavy but doesn't take up too much space. The wheels and handle are great for mobility. One of the best things about it is how quiet it is in operation. For a commercial dehumidifier, the sound is very low. I don't have the ability to fully comment on it's effectiveness yet but can say that the reading changed rather quickly with a short test try. Absolutely awesome!!! Made a complete night and day difference in our basement. It’s on par with commercial dehumidifiers used for cleaning homes after flooding or other potential water problems. It is very quiet, easy to understanduse. It is on the larger side and kind of heavy. But it has two sturdy handles on the top of it that make moving much easier even though it is a large unit as i mentioned. But if you are looking for large area coverage it’s definitely worth the price. It’s listed as good for up to 4500 ft.² but our basement about 7000 ft.² again, its been a complete game changer for our home. Its under valued in my opinion. Suzanne. Attleboro Ma. Mon Jul 27 2026

The Hisense 50 Pint Lift-Up Dehumidifier reimagines how a dehumidifier should work — starting with a top-lift bucket design that makes accessing, removing, and replacing the water tank effortless. No bending, no awkward angles, just a clean and intuitive process that takes the friction out of routine maintenance. The large 18-pint bucket holds significantly more water than standard designs, reducing how often you need to empty it. When continuous drainage is preferred, the built-in pump and quick-connect drain hose route water directly to a sink or window — allowing the unit to run unattended without manual intervention. Four easy-roll casters make repositioning simple, so you can move the unit wherever moisture is most problematic. A quiet, low-noise system keeps the environment comfortable in bedrooms, living spaces, and home offices where background sound matters. The washable, removable filter maintains clean airflow and extends performance life with minimal upkeep. Designed to fit seamlessly into any room, the compact and elegant exterior avoids the utilitarian look of many dehumidifiers — making it a natural addition to living spaces rather than something to hide. Portable, practical, and thoughtfully designed for the way people actually live.
