I love how the scissors can be split apart, for easier cleaning. Great quality, the only downside is the pivot joint is starting to rust a little bit. I guess it's not made of stainless steel. Doesn't affect the functionality at all though, as I've used these for nearly a year now without issue

Cutting chicken isn't the easiest task and so I was super excited to discover these poultry shears. They make it much easier to cut chicken into strips or tenders or even smaller pieces. They work as described and it's great that they come apart for cleaning considering they come in contact with raw meat.
