Can blame this review on FedEx and Wayfair’s use of them. Package was shipped from Atlanta, 45 mins from my house too Ootlewah Tn, 2 hours from my house, and lost in Oohtlewah Tn for 10 days. Package was finally delivered all banged up. FWarning to sellers, you ship FedEx, you get bad review. FedEx always loses packages in the black hole of Ootlewah Tn and seemingly does it on purpose. Shipped from 45 mins from my house which is on the way to Ootlewah! Warning to sellers, you ship to FedEx via Ootlewah- you get bad review.

We've had problems with this ice maker non-stop... Texas hard water requires using bottled distilled water. We bought gallons each week only for the water pump itself to begin acting up. It was extremely expensive for it to break so quickly.

I purchased this product from Wayfair and it clearly says there is a 30 day return policy. Now that it does not fit the space that I purchased it for they’re saying I cannot return it even though I’ve only had it five days. Please don’t be fooled. It says GE on it, but it is owned Haier - a Chinese company. It is made in China. Please do not support this garbage company. Please not to support Wayfair. They owe me a refund and I’m going to be relentless until I get it. Better Business Bureau is next.

Machine malfunctioned on first utilization making loud screeching noise that didn’t stop even when turned off. Unit had to be unplugged. Very disappointed with ice maker reliability.
