Product received was in good condition and for what you get, a great price. My only issue with it is because its actually not wood, when I used the saw to cut in, the product does fray a bit on the edges, which is hard to sand down since as I mentioned, it is not wood. Also filling in the dents was tough too, I think because it's not wood. But for the price, you really can't go wrong.

Great for what I needed. It was painted and looks better than real wood- at a fraction of the price.

I APPLIED THIS MOULDING TO MY LIVING ROOM WALL WITH EASE. THEY CUT WELL NO CHIPPING OR SPLINTERING OF PRODUCT. THEY ARE EASY TO MEASURE TO THE EXACT MEASUREMENT YOU REQUIRE. I DID NOT HAVE TO SAND ANY OF MY CUTS. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THIS PRODUCT AND ALSO THE WAY THE MOULDINGS HAVE TRANSFORMED THE OVERALL LOOK OF MY ROOM.
