THANK YOU THANK YOU CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I received missing parts "today" and put the fireplace together. WE ARE IN LOVE WITH IT! This fireplace is going out at the back portion of our property in a new barn that "I had built" ....a woman....for my Girls Social Events!! This barn is my retirement get-a-way and I needed some sort of heat. OMGOSH, I put in the crystals & with the remote or by push button you can change colors. The heat comes from the top & bottom and heats up pretty fast! The front glass is weighty & the metal pieces are strong, but I must say that the screws are "small". Just take your time. Also, the instructions can be tricky. Just make sure you know front from back. Thank you again for such a FAST replacement of missing parts! Wayfair...you kept your promise! That's why I keep coming back! See some pics! Right now this is on the floor in front of our home fireplace and ready to go out back!

Two heaters were sent to me in this ordeal. First heater arrived with damage to the front glass and was unable to be used. It was shattered and had to be trashed. However thanks to Wayfair’s exceptional customer service, they replaced the original item quickly and I got my replacement within about a week. Heats nicely in my room. Not meant for huge rooms. My room is about 15x15x10(LWH). The color changes and cool options are icing on the cake. Love my heater!!
