Casper Sleep Backrest Pillow

As a backtest pillow it’s great!

Not worth $119! The pillow I received is NOTHING like the photo or description. I received a very expensive, misshapen lump. I think a big part of the problem is the way the pillow is shipped. It is folded in halve and put in a tall rectangular box. I have tried everything to try and reshape it with no luck. I think if they shipped it without folding it it might be ok. The bottom of mine is slightly rounded so I get zero lower back support. I wish I was able to actually purchase this pillow at a store without it being folded. Total disappointment.

The absolute best pillow I have used for my neck pain. The size is perfect to provide inclined support starting from beloe my neck, and it maintains its shape. I have been using the pillow 2 weeks now.

This thing is soooo big, it’s not comfortable at all.

The cushion is very hard, and I can't use it. I tried asking about returning it for a refund, but no one ever got back to me.
