Truly a beautiful, comfy couch. We have had it for a little over a year now and love it. It’s very cushy and has great depth. It’s also super easy to clean—most spills/dirt can be wiped with a wet paper towel without a sign of it if you are quick enough. We use hand held carpet cleaner for the more difficult ones, and it comes out easily with that. The fabric is starting to pill, but that’s expected and really my only complaint. Update 3 years in--still beautiful. Got lazy and put the cushion covers in the washer/dryer on low heat instead of using the carpet cleaner, and they came out completely fine & look brand new! I went back and forth between the neutral colors and the green and I’m really glad I chose the green. It’s a beautiful olive shade in person and not nearly as bright as I was worried it might be. It adds some color without taking over the whole room and looks great with our wood furniture. It’s also ridiculously comfortable for lounging. The seat is much deeper than our old couch and I can actually curl up on it without feeling cramped. We’ve pulled it out a few times for movie nights and there’s plenty of room to stretch out. The cushions were a little compressed when it arrived, but they filled out nicely after sitting for a while. I also appreciated not having to put together a million pieces when it arrived. The couch is…fine. It looks like one of the big comfy lounge all day sofas, but it’s only in looks. The feather layer of the cushions is super thin and you immediately sink to the foam underneath. That would be fine if the foam underneath was good quality. It is not. It is surprisingly hard foam. That being said, for the 850 it cost, I’m not too upset. The linen type fabric is nice and the installation wasn’t too bad. Took me a few hours to do it solo. Having an Allen key drill bit will save you so much time. The foam takes a couple days to fully expand and the fabric is crazy wrinkled when first taken out of the vacuum seal bag. I steamed the fabric and the wrinkles came out almost immediately, so that was nice. The couch gives the look I wanted and is fine to sit on for a couple of hours. I would just spend more on a nicer sofa if ultimate comfort is your main priority. If cost is your main priority, then this will serve you just fine as long as you know what to expect!. Colby. FL. I ordered the Hokku Designs Cloud Couch for our new home and I am obsessed!! We’ve been using it for ~3 weeks now and we love it! The couch is low seating, but we knew that going in and we don’t mind it at all. It’s very comfortable.. perfect for naps. We love being able to comfortably fit multiple people, and being able to move the ottoman is great when you need extra seating or more leg room. Overall very happy. Just as pictured. Was nervous buying with no reviews. It’s very comfortable, not too soft, not too firm. Like a more supportive cloud I guess is how I’d describe it. Seats not too high or too low. It’s the perfect style for my decor, very timeless overall. Shipping was fast, came well packed and undamaged. Only assembly was screwing on the legs. Frame feels sturdy. My husband also loves the look along with the feel of the seat cushions. I have a cover on it bc pets so can’t speak to fabric durability. We both fit well on it, I’m 5’3” and my husband is 6’2”. So why 4 stars The dimensions are off. Seat height is actually closer to 18” not 21. Seat depth is closer to 28” not 33.5”. It’s probably 33.5” without the back cushions but that’s not how seat depth should be measured bc who’s sitting on a couch without back cushions (unless it’s a tight back which this is not). Here are the dimensions Overall length 90” Overall depth 40” Back height 27” Back height with back cushions 33” Arm height 22” Seat height 18” Seat length 80” Seat depth 28” Back cushion height (from seat) 18” I did contact Wayfair customer service to let them know the dimensions were not as advertised.
