I bought this for one of my Airbnb’s. Installation took about an hour with 2 people and was easier than I anticipated. Overall I really like this couch. It’s super cute, spacious, and looks great in my living room. The fabric is soft and I love having the ottoman. My main complaint is that the cushions are thinner than I expected, so it’s not as plush as it looks in the pictures. Assembly was also a little frustrating because some of the pieces were really difficult to fit together, and a couple of them still don’t fit together completely. Im still letting the pillows breath, is big but im not a big fan of the pillows for the back, for my taste they are to low. okay love how the couch came out! I had a family friend build this and it took him a couple hours alone. I would say it was relatively easy. however the pillows are flatter than i assumed, they don’t have much structure to them in terms of laying on them , but that makes sense with them acting as the “back board”. I would recommend adding some pillows to lounge on instead of these. The comfort of it is alright, still kinda stiff feeling but i’m hoping when i use it more i’ll kinda break it in. This sofa is entirely made from foam, FYI. The photos are deceiving and look like a solid based, but it's not. That made it look a feel a little cheap. It's also lower than the measurements state, so make sure you have no problem getting up from a low sofa. It also had an awful, chemical smell to it that may have gone away over time, but I returned it before I found out. FYI for returns, they will try to get you to put it back in a box, which is impossible without heavy duty vacuum packing equipment...because it's a couch. lol Eventually, they allowed a product pickup for return for me.
