This is a really cute bed and seems really solid. A couple of things that made me knock a star off the rating though. Pleased with my purchase. The queen size bed frame and headboard came in excellent condition. The construction appears solid. Assembly took less than 30 minutes. However, if you arent very familiar with furniture assembly instructions, you may struggle a little as none of the pieces were labeled with the numbers used in the instructions. That being said, if you look carefully at the diagrams, you should be fine. Bed assembly is pretty straightforward. It does have a slight varnish smell that has started to fade after 3 days.. A.. Love the bed design. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars due to one bed slat had a crack which was filled with a caulk substance. I was assured by Wayfair it has no impact on the sturdiness of the platform bed. I purchased a 12” deep mattress which is the perfect depth for this bed. My 18 yr old grandson loves his bedroom designed just for him. Would choose this bed again to purchase. Very happy with it.. Lynn. Erlanger, KY. Sun Oct 04 2026

Bed is beautiful and my daughter loves it. The drawers move around when you open and close because they are just on wheels so lining them up to hook them back into place is a bit difficult. The bottom of the drawers is just plastic so flimsy but she only has sweats and t-shirts so not too big of a deal. She still loves it!!. Kami. Arvada, CO. Tue Sep 15 2026

5 stars because the value is right. This is by no means a high end bed frame. Keep your expectations accordingly. Assembly was somewhat easy. Quality feels and looks cheap but so is the price. The bed frame serves its purpose. We’ll see about durability.. Jorge. Indianapolis, IN. Sat Jun 20 2026

The Marenzo is built on a single decision: that genuine craftsmanship deserves genuine materials, chosen for their character rather than their cost. Its defining gesture is a headboard woven entirely by hand, each column of natural paper cord gathered and knotted with unhurried precision. Beneath it, every slat is seated to eliminate creak and movement, so the bed holds its stillness as reliably as its form. It is offered in two woods, each with its own voice. The Light Oak is dressed in veneer drawn from American oak imported from the United States, finished with solid oak legs turned to a refined taper. The Dark Walnut is dressed in genuine American Black Walnut veneer imported from North America, with solid Black Walnut legs turned to match, so that from veneer to leg the material speaks in one uninterrupted voice. Because both woods are real, no two frames ever share the same markings. Whichever you choose, the Marenzo arrives as something quietly, irreducibly its own.

This is a nice sturdy bed. Keep in mind that the walnut is more of a cherrywood, and the cording on the headboard is much darker than it looks on the website.. Chinel. Houston, TX. Tue Sep 29 2026

I really like the bed but it came with a dead body. Jk it did come with that scratch, which is super annoying but great for the price. Assembly is kind of annoying too. Inglan. Austin, TX. Wed Apr 15 2026
