Great quality and service, but note the color difference!I am very happy with the delivery and assembly service. The team arrived on time, put everything together quickly, cleaned up, and left. They did an amazing job! The bed itself is of good quality and feels very sturdy. However, there is a mismatch with the colors. In the product photos, the wood trim looks like a warm, distinct brown. In reality, it looks much darker, almost a muddy black. It is not exactly what I expected based on the pictures. I am still keeping the bed because the quality is great, but I want to warn other buyers so they know what to expect. Overall, a good purchase, but just keep the color difference in mind!. Anonymous. Great bed frame! I was a tad worried about the 500 pound weight limited listed because including the weight of my heavier wood mattress foundation, the mattress, and two adults in healthy weight conditions we were still over that limit by maybe 40 pounds. Disappointed with the color and quality of the bed frame. It should be listed as gray. Only the center supports are white. Going back and reading the descriptions, it does say it is gray, so my fault. That being said, I attached pictures of the the nice white supports and the gray sides. The color sometimes shows fingerprints, black color that didn’t get spread out, and chipped off areas. It’s called rustic, but for this price range I think it’s simply poorly done and unattractive. I gave it a 2 star because it was easy to assemble and is solid.. Debra . Ohio. Sun Oct 16 2022
