We’re slowly updating our bedroom furniture and decided to start with the piece that would make the most impact - the bed! Overall, love it. It’s simple, which is exactly what we were looking for. The way the slats work with the Velcro and screwing directly into the two support beams ensures everything is even and the mattress will be properly supported. The under bed clearance is perfect, just enough to store things but not so high that you can see a bunch of under bed storage bins. The way the side rails connect to the footboard and the headboard is a great idea in theory, but the execution is poor. The metal connectors fit into the slots, but they’re don’t push down and lock in like the directions state they should. We had to get a mallet and really whack it to get all four corners to lock in. Even after the fact, one of them still didn’t lock it super well. So I recommend after you get everything assembled and placed in your room where you want it, get after it with a mallet again on all four corners. Also be sure to cover the bed frame with a towel before using the mallet. A triple folded bath towel was perfect, and left no indents on the bed frame. Overall, I’d buy this bed frame again! It looks fantastic in our room. The thin frame gave us 8” inches back in our room widthwise and lengthwise, the room feels lighter and more open.. Ava Kathryn. Colorado Springs, CO. Sun Aug 09 2026

Purchased the king size bed in walnut. I love it. The construction is solid and the bed itself doesn’t make any noise. I was concerned the headboard would not be tall enough because we have a 15 inch mattress. But it’s perfect. With a thin bunkie board 15” mattress, there is still 18 inches of headboard above the mattress. The pillows sit nice and a bit of the headboard still peeks out. Love this bed - so pleased with this purchase. I put the bed together by myself. My only suggestion is pay close attention to the headboard pictures. The bottom rail goes on differently than the others. Oops. Painful to fix if it goes on the wrong way. That aside, it was easy to put together.. Susie Q. Hawaii. Sat Oct 24 2026

Took a little while for my husband and brother to assemble, but the results were amazing. Ive always had good results ordering from the George Oliver brand. Bed frame was everything I expected it to be. Fairly simple to assemble by myself too. Ive had bedframes in the past where you needed to screw the slats into the side of the frame which was annoying and made it impossible to survive multiple moves. Really appreciated the Velcro and dowel system with this frame. My only complaint would be I received nothing to cover the mounting holes. The holes on the top of the frame and side are left exposed. I dont really care at the end of the day, but makes it feel less finished. The slats felt a little thinner than I would have liked them to. Its fine for me and my partner of a healthy weight but if someone heavier were to slam onto the bed from a long day, Im not sure how well those would hold up over time. Definitely dont jump on the bed. Other fun activities have been tested and approved. Sturdy headboard... Overall, satisfied with the purchase. Sleeps comfortably with no squeaking, feels solid, lots of room underneath for storage.. Murph. Chicago. Mon Sep 07 2026

The beds are made from a combination of perennial high quality natural mature bamboo and metal support system. It has both the texture of bamboo wood and the strength of metal, beautiful, environmentally friendly, strong and durable. This is a product and a work of art.

Im very impressed. I was not expecting it to be this sturdy and secure feeling. It was pretty easy and straightforward to put together (I did all 3 by myself for my kids and it did not take too long). It feels like good sturdy wood and looks really nice. Also it is high enough off the floor that you could do under the bed storage no problem. I am very happy with my purchase of these beds and it was a great price. They look even better in person.. Pleased with my purchase. The queen size bed frame and headboard came in excellent condition. The construction appears solid. Assembly took less than 30 minutes. However, if you arent very familiar with furniture assembly instructions, you may struggle a little as none of the pieces were labeled with the numbers used in the instructions. That being said, if you look carefully at the diagrams, you should be fine. Bed assembly is pretty straightforward. It does have a slight varnish smell that has started to fade after 3 days.. A..
