This boucle bed is very cute. It looks just like the pictures advertised. The bed feels sturdy and was EXTREMELY easyquick to put together— it maybe took me a little over an hour simply because of the amount of screws you have to install. The color of the boucle is a fabulous off white, and the feet are a complementary darker wood with gold caps. The boucle material is soft, doesn’t look or feel cheap, and is easy to clean with a quick vacuumlint rollspot clean. Logistics-wise, it came in one tall, skinny box that was heavier than I could carry by myself. It wasn’t impossible to shimmy it inside alone, but it’d definitely be safer moving with two people given the size. The ONLY negative about this piece is the height of the headboard. I’m really happy with this bed. It was surprisingly easy to assemble, and all the pieces fit together well. Once assembled, the bed feels very sturdy and solid, and it looks even better in person. The drawer has wheels, so it slides in and out very easily, and it’s perfect for storing extra blankets, pillows, clothes, or other things that I don’t want sitting around the room. I also really like the thoughtful design of the slats. There is Velcro along the slat area that helps keep everything securely in place, so the slats don’t move around easily when the bed is being used. It’s a small detail, but it makes a big difference. This Queen size bed headboard has three height sizes and storage! Assembly was about 4-5 hours, however another person was needed to add the hydraulic platform. Every part assembled was sturdy and seemed to be well made. I was expecting, maybe some sort of “board” to be at the bottom of the storage area instead of just a piece of material. However, it will definitely work as a dust guard. The framing fabric is soft and tightly woven (I didn’t see any loose thread). The hydraulic lift is controlled with a strap, and also has a locking strap to prevent uncontrolled pop-ups and the slats have attachment connectors to stay positioned. This bed frame is great and looks to be made of nice material. The directions completely miss a few steps (putting the actual headboard piece onto the support posts), so I ended up having to undo some parts and redo them. I still couldn't get the headboard fabric piece to align exactly with the side posts. Assembly took around an hour. Also, the wrench that is provided is too big for the space the bolts are supposed to go, so it was very difficult to tighten everything properly. The bed does look exactly like the photos and the materials seem durable. I don't love that the support pieces underneath the bed are unfinished cheap wood, but that's pretty common. It took me all day to build this king set all by myself. There was one slight problem regarding the assembly at the beginning but I figured it out. Overall it turned out nicely and is a very soft material. It’s very durable and the hydraulic system is very hard to lift by myself but it does the trick.
